📋 MY SENT PACKING LISTS

IMPORTANT: This tool formats the declaration only. Packing Instruction numbers, quantity limits, State/operator variations and special provisions must be verified in the current edition of the IATA DGR (your purchased e-book) by a trained/certified DG person before signing. Auto-filled data is for convenience and is based on the UN Dangerous Goods List — always cross-check.

🧮 PALLET / OVERPACK CALCULATOR — packing list → DGD & labels (JFS rule)

DGD WEIGHT = (pallet gross − tare) ÷ cartons, 3 decimals cut (not rounded)  •  SC WEIGHT = DGD WEIGHT × cartons = exact declared quantity on each label. Paste the PLT / WEIGHT / DIMENSIONS / QTY rows from the customer packing list, or type them.

1  SHIPPER & CONSIGNEE

2  TRANSPORT DETAILS

3  NATURE AND QUANTITY OF DANGEROUS GOODS

Type the UN number or name — selecting from the list auto-fills Proper Shipping Name, Class and Packing Group. Take the Packing Inst. number from DGR Section 4.2 (your e-book).

4  HANDLING INFORMATION & SIGNATORY

IATA 2026 DG CHECKLIST (official format) — non-radioactive shipment

The official IATA 67th Edition acceptance checklist (53 points). AWB, Origin, Destination fill automatically from the DGD; clearly non-applicable rows are pre-ticked N/A — all other boxes are left blank for the checker to tick by hand. Prints on 2 pages A4.

JFS QUICK CHECKLIST — fast internal check from the current DGD

🏷 PACKAGE STICKERS — shipper/consignee address labels

OVERPACK STICKERS — one full sheet per overpack

Shipper/consignee, UN/ID number, Proper Shipping Name, OVERPACK number, total quantity and 24-hr emergency contact — all pulled from the DGD. Overpack count comes from the DGD tab (Transport Details).

✈ AIRLINE BARCODE LABELS — against the DGD AWB (IATA 606 style)

AWB number, route, pieces and weights are pulled from the DGD & pallet table automatically. Barcode is Code 128 of the 11-digit AWB — scannable at airline/GHA acceptance. Prints 2 labels per A4.

⚠ DG LABEL ADVISOR — which labels & marks go on the box

Advisor reads the items on the DGD tab and lists every label/mark required. Images are samples for reference — use compliant pre-printed hazard labels (100×100 mm) on real packages.

👥 CUSTOMER DATABASE — shipper & consignee master

📚 ITEM DATABASE — built-in + your own items

Look up new items in your IATA DGR e-book and add them here — they will then auto-fill from the DGD tab search. Enter fields exactly as in DGR 4.2.

📁 SAVED DOCUMENTS — every printed DGD is stored here

⚙ BACKUP — export / import all data

Customers, custom items, saved documents, drafts and defaults are all stored in this browser. Take a regular backup and keep it safe:

🤖 AI — CLAUDE API (optional, for maximum accuracy)

With an API key, the EXTRACT buttons (AWB, Packing List, MSDS) use Claude AI — any document format is understood, and an AI REVIEW button checks the whole DGD for mistakes. For dangerous goods we recommend Fable 5 or Opus 5 — maximum intelligence for a safety-critical job (cost per document is still small).
Setup: console.anthropic.com → sign up → add credit → API Keys → Create Key → paste below.

The key is stored only in this browser (not included in backup exports). AI output is a draft — always verify against the IATA DGR.

☁ DGDOC CLOUD — automatic sync (Powered by sAiyd.ai)

Your customers, items, documents, drafts and airline notes are synced automatically to your DGDOC account every time you save. Log in on any computer and your data follows you.
